Terms of Service
Acceptance of terms
These Terms govern your use of PrimerCall, operated by Eduardo García Ruiz. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use PrimerCall on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you may bind that organisation.
The service
PrimerCall runs a value-first conversation with your leads after they book, and produces a brief for your team. Features may change as the product evolves. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure and accept responsibility for activity under your account.
- Use PrimerCall lawfully and only with data you are allowed to process.
- Provide leads with any notice their local law requires about the conversation.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of the source material and data you provide. You grant us the licence needed to host and process it to deliver the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit.
Plans and fees
Paid plans, limits and billing terms are described at sign-up or in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice of price changes.
Termination
You may stop using PrimerCall at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or to comply with the law. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will handle your data per the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
PrimerCall is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eduardo García Ruiz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any dispute will be subject to its courts, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.
