Set-up

Where to paste the link.

One URL, and four places it works. None of them need permissions, a paid plan, or a change to how you already sell.

Where this fits

There are three pieces and they answer two questions: how the lead gets to the conversation, and — if we have to go and fetch them — who signs that email.

The link covers the ones who click it.

Paste it wherever your leads end up. Nothing to connect, no permissions, no paid plan.

The calendar covers the ones who don't.

Connect it and we spot the demo anyway — booked with any tool, or typed in by hand — and we email them the link.

Your email decides who signs that message.

Connect nothing and you send it yourself from your Inbox, draft already written. Connect it and it goes out from your address on its own.

The link is the only one that works on its own. The other two make it reach further.

The four places

01

Your booking page

Calendly, Cal.com, SavvyCal, HubSpot Meetings. Set it as the redirect after booking. In Calendly, turn on “pass event details” while you’re there.

What arrives
Name, work email, meeting time, and every answer to your booking questions.
02

Your own form

Instead of sending them to a thank-you page, send them here. Works with Typeform, Tally, Webflow, HubSpot forms, or a form you built yourself.

What arrives
Whatever your form can pass in the URL. If it can’t pass anything, the conversation asks.
03

The email you already send

The “we got your request” autoresponder, or the booking confirmation. Paste the link into the email your tool already sends.

What arrives
Nothing from the URL — but this is the one that reaches the people who closed the tab.
04

Your reply

In your signature, or in the first email a rep sends back: “before we talk, five minutes here and I’ll show up knowing what to ask.”

What arrives
Nothing from the URL. Best for deals a human is already handling.

What if no data arrives?

The conversation works exactly the same. It just starts colder — it asks for the name and the company instead of already knowing them. Nothing breaks, nothing goes missing from the brief, and the report still comes out at the end. Whatever your form sends is an accelerant, not a requirement.

“I don’t want you reading my leads’ data.”

You don’t have to. We never connect to your form, your database or your inbox to get it — the only thing that reaches us is what your lead types into the conversation itself. And the conversation gathers more than any form does, because it can ask a follow-up question and a form can’t.

And if you’d rather paste nothing

Connect your calendar instead. We detect every demo that lands in it — booked with any tool, or typed in by hand — and email the lead the link ourselves. The two work together: the link catches them the moment they book, the calendar catches everyone else.
